Supper well attended

After a great November, winter is finally here and Christmas is only a day away.

Exercise classes are finished for the year but will resume on Jan. 4, 2010. Yoga classes will end on Dec. 28 and be rescheduled in the New Year. Tops will be on Tuesday evening, Dec. 29, and will return to Thursday evenings in January.

A potluck supper was held at the community center on Sunday evening and was well attended with lots of good food and carol singing. Alex MacLeod played several piano solos and also accompanied the carol singing.

There will be a New Year's party at the Tidnish Community Center on New Year's Eve, with a D.J., cash bar for those 19 years and older, door prizes and a light buffet. Advance tickets are $10 per person

and can be purchased at the Tidnish General Store or by calling Scott

Miller at 667-4438. So get your tickets early as only a limited

number of tickets are being sold. Scott and I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
