Charles Daniel Martin, 28, of 24 Main St., Springhill, will return for sentencing in May after changing his plea to guilty to two counts of possession of stolen property over $5,000.
Martin's defence counsel has requested a pre-sentence report.
Martin will return for sentencing and the report on May 3, 2010, at 1:30 p.m.
The incidents occurred April 21, 2009, in Springhill.

Adams changes plea
Scott M. Adams, 41, of 52 Church St., Springhill, will return for sentencing in two months after changing his plea to guilty to one count of possession of stolen property over $5,000.
A pre-sentence report has been requested.
Adams will return for the report and sentencing on May 3, 2010, at 1:30 p.m.
The incident occurred April 21, 2009, in Springhill.

Paugh pleads guilty to theft
Renovia Lynn Paugh, 40, of 80 Rupert St., Amherst, was given a conditional discharge following nine months probation after pleading guilty to one count of theft under $5,000.
The incident occurred Jan. 27, 2010, in Amherst.

Sloan sentenced to probation
Craig Leigh Sloan, 33, of 9 Boylston Ave., Amherst, was sentenced to a conditional discharge following six months probation after pleading guilty two months ago to one count of possession of ecstasy.
The probation comes with reporting and conditions.
The incident occurred Oct. 8, 2009, in Amherst.

Williams sentenced to custody
Darrell Shawn Williams, 45, of 54 Crescent Ave., was sentenced to 30 days custody after pleading guilty in January to one count each of assaulting a peace officer and mischief or property damage.
Williams was given the same 30-day sentence for each count, concurrent to one another, followed by six months probation with conditions.
The incidents occurred Oct. 21, 2009, in Amherst.
