Phinney, Nuttall back in court April 12

AMHERST - A pair of Cumberland County men will return to court on April 12 to answer to a series of charges stemming from an incident in Apple River in late January.
Nicholas Owen Phinney, 26, made a brief court appearance in Amherst provincial court on Monday but his case was held over because his lawyer, Jim O'Neil, could not attend.
Phinney is facing single counts of assault with a weapon, uttering threats, using a firearm in the commission of an offence, and possession of a weapon.
Nuttall is facing a count of attempted murder, assault with a weapon, using a firearm in the commission of an offence and possession of a weapon.
The pair was arrested following the Jan. 31 incident.
