Legere pleads guilty to probation breach
Michael Charles Legere, 48, of 8 Terris St., Springhill, will return for sentencing later this month after pleading guilty three counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
Leger will return for sentencing Feb. 22 at 1:30 p.m.
The incidents occurred between Dec. 2, 2009 and Jan. 27 in Amherst. His undertaking has been continued.
Bayford to return for sentencing
Tyler Martin Bayford, 28, of 5216 Main St., Oxford, will return for sentencing next month after entering a guilty plea to one count of possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking.
The Crown has requested a pre-sentence report.
Bayford will return for sentencing at 1:30 p.m., on March 29.
The incident occurred Dec. 17, 2009 in Oxford.
Boss pleads guilty to theft
Troy Jason Boss, 25, of 59 Albion St., Amherst, will return for sentencing in March after pleading guilty to one count of theft of less than $5,000.
Boss will return for sentencing March 30 at 9:30 a.m. The incident occurred Sept. 16, 2009 in Amherst.
LeBlanc pleads guilty to drug charge
Natasha Elizabeth LeBlanc, 22, of 5216 Main St., Oxford, will return for sentencing late next month after pleading guilty to one count of possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking.
A pre-sentence report has been requested. LeBlanc will return for sentencing March 29 at 1:30 p.m. The incident occurred Dec. 17, 2009 in Oxford.
Arsenault pleads guilty to failing breathalyser
Katrina Ann Arsenault, 36, of 1030 James St., Amherst, was fined $1,380 after pleading guilty to one count of failing the breathalyser.
Arsenault was given a $1,200 fine and $180 surcharge, or 21 consecutive days in custody, to be paid by Feb. 15, 2011.
She was also given a 12-month driving prohibition and can apply for the ignition interlock device program after 90 days.
The incident occurred Nov. 12, 2009 in Amherst.
Harroun pleads guilty to marijuana possession
Joseph Harroun, 20, of 216 McGee St., Springhill, was fined $575 after pleading guilty to one count of possession of marijuana.
Harroun was fined $500, as well as a $75 surcharge, or eight days in custody. He has until Aug. 16, 2010, to pay the fine.
The incident occurred Jan. 22 in Springhill.
