Landry given 60 days custody
Mark Anthony Landry, 38, formerly of 48 Crescent Ave., Amherst, was sentenced to 60 days custody after pleading guilty to one count of unlawful entry to a dwelling.
The charge is the included offence of an original count of break and enter.
Landry will serve the custodial sentence intermittently, from 7 p.m., Fridays to 7 a.m., Mondays.
During the week, Landry will find himself under a probation order with reporting and conditions.
The incident occurred July 15, 2009 in Amherst.
LeBlanc fined for marijuana
Robby Joseph LeBlanc, 32, of Fisher Rd., Springhill Junction, was fined $500 after pleading guilty to one count of possession of marijuana.
LeBlanc has until Aug. 9 to pay the fine.
The incident occurred Nov. 22, 2009 in Nappan.
Mattatall to return for sentencing
Tracy Diane Mattatall, 40, of 14044 Highway 6, Wallace, will return for sentencing in
May after pleading guilty to one count of failing to attend court.
Mattatall requested the adjournment.
She will return for sentencing May 19 at 1:30 p.m.
The incident occurred Aug. 31, 2009 in Wallace.
Ellis given suspended sentence, probation
Jonathan Bernard Ellis, 22, of 2399 Athol Rd., Springhill, was given a suspended
sentence of probation after pleading guilty in January to two counts of theft of less than $5,000.
Ellis was given the same one-year sentence, with reporting and conditions, for each count, concurrent to one another.
He was also given restitution in the amount of $100 for one count, to be paid by May 1.
The incidents occurred Aug. 29 and 30, 2009 in Clairmont.
