Francis gets custody
Kyle Joseph Francis, 20, of 36 Micmac Lane, Springhill, was sentenced to 45 days in custody after not contesting an allegation he breached a conditional sentence order.
Francis was sentenced to a conditional sentence order of six months in December after entering guilty pleas to four counts of failing to comply with a probation order and one count each of indecent exposure and failing to comply with an undertaking.
Francis' conditional sentence orders were suspended and he was sentenced to spend the remainder of the sentence, 45 days, in custody, followed by completing the conditional sentences upon release.
The original incidents occurred between Dec. 3, 2008, and Oct. 22, 2009, in Springhill.

Gerrior changes plea
Skyler Michael Gerrior, 18, of 18 Prince Arthur St., Amherst, was sentenced to 30 days custody after changing his plea to guilty to one count each of uttering a threat to cause bodily harm and resisting a peace officer.
Gerrior was given the same 30-day sentence for each count, concurrent to one another yet consecutive to any other sentences he's presently serving.
The custodial sentences can be served intermittently from 3 p.m., Saturdays to 7 a.m., Mondays. When not in custody during the week, Gerrior is to abide by a probation order with reporting.
The incident occurred Aug. 6, 2009 in Amherst.
