Allen sentenced to custody
Jason Bradley Allen, 36, of 710 Sunset Ave., Oxford, was sentenced to 60 days custody after being found guilty in December to one count of assault and two counts of uttering a threat to cause death.
Allen was given the same 60-day custodial sentence for each count, concurrent to one another.
The custody will be followed by 12 months probation on each count, concurrent as well.
A DNA sample was ordered for the assault charge.
The incidents occurred Jan. 22, 2009, in Oxford.
Barton sentenced to one year
Bradley James Barton, 25, formerly of 136 Gardiner Rd., Gardiner Mines, was sentenced to one year in custody following a guilty plea to one count each of possession of stolen property and operating a motor vehicle while disqualified from doing so.
Barton was given the same custodial sentence for each count, concurrent to the other.
He was also given a five-year driving prohibition.
The incidents occurred Jan. 30, 2010, in Amherst.
Lucci pleads guilty to leaving accident scene
William James Lucci, 34, of 22 Copp Ave., Amherst, was fined a total of $690 after pleading guilty to one count of failing to stop at the scene of an accident.
Lucci was given a $600 fine and $90 surcharge, or 10 consecutive days in custody, payable by March 1, 2010.
He was also given six months probation with conditions.
The incident occurred Dec. 31, 2009, in Springhill.
