John Arthur Moore, 42, of 150 Victoria St., Amherst, was sentenced to 50 days consecutive custody following guilty findings to mischief.
Moore was sentenced to 10 days in custody, time deemed served by time spent in remand, for one count of mischief, or looking through a woman's window.
He was given a 20-day consecutive custody sentence for a second mischief charge.
Both incidents occurred Dec. 26, 2009, in Amherst.
Moore was also found guilty of mischief or looking into a woman's window and failing to comply with an undertaking.
He was sentenced to 30 days consecutive custody for the mischief charge, and 20 days concurrent for the undertaking charge
The incidents occurred Dec. 29, 2009, in Amherst.
Moore changed his plea to guilty to one count of theft under $5,000 and was sentenced to 10 days in custody, time deemed served by time spent in remand.
The incident occurred Dec. 22, 2009, in Amherst.

Allen pleads guilty to assault
Thearon Robert Allen, 48, formerly of 18113 Highways 2, Fenwick, was given a conditional discharge following six months probation after pleading guilty to one count of assault.
Allen's probationary period comes with reporting and conditions, including a $50 victim fine surcharge to be paid by Feb. 18, 2010.
The incident occurred Dec. 25, 2009, in Fenwick.

Collins pleads guilty to failing breathalyser
Nicholas Thornton Collins, 21, of 33 Cowan St., Springhilll, was fined a total of $1,150 after pleading guilty to one count of failing the breathalyser.
He was given a $1,000 fine and $150 surcharge, or 17 days in custody, payable by Feb. 18, 2010.
He was also given a 12-month driving prohibition and can apply for the ignition interlock device program after 90 days if he so chooses.
The incident occurred Dec. 12, 2009, in Springhill.

LeBlanc sentenced to probation
Cody Robert LeBlanc, 23, of 224 Fenwick Rd., Nappan, was given a conditional discharge following probation after pleading guilty in October to a number of charges.
LeBlanc was given the same six-month probation sentence with reporting and conditions for four counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
Each sentence is concurrent to the other sentences.
The undertaking charges occurred between March 29 and Oct. 11, 2009, in Amherst.
LeBlanc also entered guilty pleas in October to one count each of mischief or property damage and failing to attend court.
He was given the same sentence as above for each count, concurrent to the other sentences imposed.
For the mischief charge, he was also given restitution in the amount of $508.50.
