Blenkhorn pleads guilty to breathalyser failure
Robert Blenkhorn, 63, of 11 Boylston Ave., Amherst, was fined $1,380 after pleading guilty to one count of failing the breathalyser.
Blenkhorn was given a $1,200 fine and $180 surcharge, or 21 days in custody, payable by July 26.
He was also given a 12-month driving prohibition and can apply for the ignition interlock device program after three months if he so chooses.
The incident occurred Jan. 9 in Amherst.
Gouchie receives conditional sentence
Michael Edward Gouchie, 31, of 30 Jenks Ave., Parrsboro, was given a conditional sentence order for six months after pleading guilty in December to one count each of unlawful entry to a dwelling and mischief or property damage.
Gouchie was given a five-month conditional sentence order for the unlawful entry charge, with conditions.
He was also given a 10-year weapons prohibition and a DNA sample order was granted.
He was given a one-month conditional sentence order, consecutive to the other sentence, with conditions for the mischief charge.
The incidents occurred April 26, 2009 in Parrsboro.
Keddy fined for breaching probation
Jonathan Patrick Keddy, 20, of 390 Lower Main St., Oxford, was fined $100 after changing his plea to guilty in December to one count of failing to comply with a probation order.
Keddy has until March 25 to pay the fine or spend one day in custody.
The incident occurred July 24, 2009 in Oxford.
