Brandon Colby Burbine, 21, of 1 Admore Ave., Amherst, was sentenced to 90 days custody after changing his plea in June to a number of charges.
Burbine changed his plea to guilty to one count of failing to comply with a probation order and was sentenced to 90 days intermittent custody, from 8 p.m. Fridays to 7 a.m. Mondays.
While not in custody during the week, Burbine has to abide by a probation order.
The incident occurred Nov. 27, 2008, in Amherst.
Burbine also changed his plea to guilty to one count of theft under $5,000. He was sentenced to the same intermittent custodial sentence with probation during the week, concurrent to the other sentence imposed.
The incident occurred Jan. 5, 2009, in Amherst.
He also changed his plea to guilty to one count of failing to attend court.
He was sentenced to the same concurrent intermittent custodial sentence with probation during the week for the Feb. 16, 2009, Amherst incident.

Cameron to return for sentencing
Jonathan Bernard Cameron, 22, of 2399 Athol Rd., Springhill, will return for sentencing next month after pleading guilty to two counts of theft under $5,000.
Cameron will return for sentencing on Feb. 2, 2010, at 9:30 a.m.
The incidents occurred Aug. 29 and 30, 2009, in Clairmont.

Dowe sentenced to probation
Kyle William Dowe, 21, of 8868 Highway 209, Fox River, was given a conditional discharge following the completion of a probation order after pleading guilty to a number of charges.
Dowe was given the conditional sentence order following six months probation with reporting after pleading guilty to one count of possession of a weapon for the purpose dangerous to the public.
He was also given a five-year firearms prohibition.
The incident occurred June 26, 2009, in Fox River.
Dowe also pleaded guilty to one count of failing the breathalyser and failing to comply with an undertaking.
For failing the breathalyser, Dowe was given a $1,000 fine, or 15 days in custody, to be paid by Jan. 11, 2011. He was also given a 15-month driving prohibition.
For breaching his undertaking, Dowe was given the same conditional discharge following six months probation with reporting, concurrent to the other sentence imposed.
The incidents occurred Oct. 2, 2009, in Wharton.

Hurley pleads guilty to failing breathalyser
Douglas Ronald Hurley, 32, of 222 Church St., Amherst, was fined a total of $1,150 after entering a guilty plea to one count of failing the breathalyser.
Hurley was given a $1,000 fine and $150 victim fine surcharge, or 17 days in custody, payable by Jan. 11, 2011.
He was also given a 15-month driving prohibition.
The incident occurred Nov. 22, 2009, in Brookdale.

Nicholle sentenced to custody
Owen Phillip Nicholle, 47, of no fixed address, was sentenced to 15 days custody after pleading guilty to one count of failing to comply with a probation order.
The custodial sentence will be served intermittently from 7 p.m. Fridays to 7 a.m. Mondays.
The incident occurred between May 14 and July 8, 2002, in Amherst.

Quinn to return for sentencing
Michael Robert Quinn, 43, of 346 Rodney Rd., Rodney, will return for sentencing next month after pleading guilty to two counts of theft under $5,000.
Quinn will return for sentencing on Feb. 2, 2010, at 9:30 a.m.
The incidents occurred Aug. 29 and 30, 2009, in Clairmont.

Thompson pleads guilty to impaired driving
Kevin Gary Thompson, 46, of 45 Townshend Ave., Amherst, was fined $1,000 after pleading guilty to one count of impaired driving.
Thompson has until Jan. 11, 2011, to pay the fine or spend 15 days in custody.
A 12-month driving prohibition was also enforced, and Thompson can apply for the ignition interlock device program after three months if he so chooses.
The incident occurred Dec. 4, 2009, in Amherst.

Taylor sentenced to 30 days
Peter Frederick Taylor, 44, of 218 Pier Rd., Parrsboro, was sentenced to 30 days in custody after pleading guilty in November to one count of uttering a threat to burn real property.
Taylor's custodial sentence is to be followed by 18 months probation with reporting and conditions.
The incident occurred July 30, 2009, in Parrsboro.

Morrison changes plea to impaired driving
Roland Basil Morrison, 41, of 3253 Highway 302, Maccan, was fined $1,200 after changing his plea to guilty to one count of impaired driving.
Morrison has until Jan. 13, 2011, to pay the fine or spend 18 consecutive days in custody.
He was also given a 12-month driving prohibition and can apply for the ignition interlock device program after three months if he so chooses.
The incident occurred Feb. 12, 2009, in Amherst.

Sloan to return for sentencing
Craig Leigh Sloan, 33, of 9 Boylston Ave., Amherst, will return for sentencing in March after changing his plea to guilty to one count of possession of ecstasy.
Sloan's defence counsel has requested a pre-sentence report.
Sloan will return for the report and sentencing at 1:30 p.m. on March 1, 2010.
The incident occurred Oct. 8, 2009, in Amherst.

Harrison changes plea to resisting arrest
Noel Alexander Harrison, 38, of 42 York St., Amherst, was sentenced to a conditional sentence order after changing his plea to guilty to one count of resisting arrest.
The four-month conditional sentence includes two months of house arrest, followed by two months of curfew.
The incident occurred Sept. 6, 2009, in Nappan.

Sharpe found guilty of failing breathalyser
Frederick Sharpe, 62, of 91 Havelock St., Amherst, was fined $1,000 after being found guilty of failing the breathalyser.
Sharpe has until July 15, 2011, to pay the fine, or spend 15 consecutive days in custody.
He was also given a 12-month driving prohibition.
The incident occurred June 27, 2009, in Amherst.
