John Vincent Peter Baker, 30, of 25 Christie St., Amherst, was sentenced to a total of 120 days in custody after changing his plea or entering guilty pleas to a number of charges.
Baker changed his plea to one count of failing to comply with a probation order. He was sentenced to 15 days in custody.
The incident occurred July 9, 2005, in Amherst.
He also changed his plea to guilty to one count each of theft under $5,000 and failing to comply with a probation order.
He was sentenced to 15 days custody for each count, concurrent to one another and other sentences imposed at the same date.
The incidents occurred Aug. 19, 2005, in Amherst.
Baker changed his plea to guilty to two counts of breaching a probation order and was sentenced to 15 days custody for each count, consecutive to each other and other sentences imposed.
The incidents occurred Sept. 11, 2005, in Amherst.
Baker was sentenced to 15 consecutive days in custody following a change of plea to one count of failing to attend court.
The incident occurred Sept. 19, 2005, in Amherst.
A change of plea to guilty to a second charge of failing to attend court saw another 15 consecutive days in custody sentence for Baker.
The incident occurred Oct. 3, 2005, in Amherst.
Baker changed his plea to guilty to one count of impaired driving and was given a $1,000 fine and $150 surcharge.
He has until Jan. 5, 2011, to pay the fine in total, or spend 17 consecutive days in custody.
He was also given a 12-month driving prohibition.
The incident occurred April 24, 2009, in Amherst.
Baker pleaded guilty to one count of failing to comply with an undertaking and was sentenced to 10 consecutive days in custody.
The incident occurred June 21, 2009, in Amherst.
He also entered guilty pleas to two counts of failing to comply with an undertaking, and was sentenced to 15 consecutive days custody for one count, and 15 concurrent days custody for the second count.
The incidents occurred July 3, 2009, in Amherst.
Baker entered guilty pleas to two additional counts of failing to comply with an undertaking.
He was sentenced to 10 consecutive days custody for each count.
The incidents occurred Aug. 2, 2009, in Amherst.
Baker's guilty pleas to one count of obstructing a peace officer and two counts of breaching an undertaking saw a 20-day custody sentence for each count, concurrent to each other and the other sentences imposed.
The incidents occurred Sept. 26, 2009, in Amherst.
Baker also entered a guilty plea to one count of failing to comply with an undertaking that occurred in Amherst on Dec. 20, 2009.
He was sentenced to 20 days custody, concurrent to the other sentences imposed.

Burke to return for sentencing
Neil James Burke, 32, of 7 Cedar Dr., Amherst, will return for sentencing next month after changing his plea to guilty to two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
Burke will return for a pre-sentence report and sentencing on Feb. 22, 2010, at 1:30 p.m.
The incident occurred Aug. 15, 2009, in Amherst.

Porter changes plea, sentenced to custody
Brian Joseph Porter, 37, of 1229 Highway 6, Warren, was sentenced to 90 days in custody after changing his plea to guilty to a number of charges.
Porter changed his plea to guilty to one count each of failing the breaxthalyser and failing to comply with a probation order.
He was given a 90-day custodial sentence for each count, concurrent to one another.
The sentence is to be served intermittently from 9 p.m. Fridays to 8 a.m. Sundays.
Each count was also followed by 18 months probation with reporting, concurrent to one another.
He was given a $50 victim fine surcharge for each count.
He also changed his plea to guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked.
He was given a $2,000 fine, $107 cost and $300 surcharge, or 37 consecutive days in custody, to be paid by Jan. 7, 2011.
Porter also changed his plea to guilty to one count of possession of marijuana.
He was sentenced to 90 days concurrent intermittent custody and 18 months probation with reporting.
He was also given a $50 victim fine surcharge.
All incidents occurred June 14, 2009, in Fort Lawrence.
