McClary pleads guilty to impaired driving
Larry Douglas McClary, 58, of 1518 Wyvern Rd., Collingwood, was fined a total of $1,150 after pleading guilty to one count of impaired driving.
McClary was given a $1,000 fine and $150 surcharge, or 16 days in custody. The fine was due the day he appeared in court.
He was also given a 15-month driving prohibition and can apply for the ignition interlock device program after three months if he so chooses.
The incident occurred Dec. 4, 2009, in Oxford.

Sterling given conditional sentence order
Sarah Joanna Sterling, 27, formerly of 1729 Thompson Rd., Collingwood, was given a conditional sentence order for two years less a day after entering guilty pleas in November to a number of charges.
Sterling changed her plea to guilty to one count of failing a probation order.
She was given the conditional sentence order, with conditions.
The incident occurred between March 12 and June 30, 2009, in Oxford.
She also entered guilty pleas in November to two counts of being at large before the expiration of a term of imprisonment.
She was given the same sentence as above for each count, concurrent to one another and other sentences imposed at the same time.
The incidents occurred between Feb. 13 and 20, 2009, in Dartmouth.
Sterling entered a guilty plea in November to one count of failing to comply with a probation order.
She was given the same concurrent sentence as the other charges.
The incident occurred May 18, 2009, in Halifax.
