Robin Blake, 18, of 1282 Highway 301, Kolbec, was given a total fine of $1,150 after pleading guilty to one count of impaired driving.
Blake was given a $1,000 fine and $150 surcharge, or 16 consecutive days in custody, to have been paid the same day as sentencing.
Blake was also given a 12-month driving prohibition and can apply for the ignition interlock device program after three months.
The incident occurred Nov. 21, 2009, in Collingwood Corner.

Gouchie to return for sentencing
Michael Edward Gouchie, 31, of 30 Jenks Ave., Parrsboro, will return for sentencing in January after pleading guilty to one count each of unlawful entry to a dwelling and mischief or property damage.
Gouchie's defence counsel has requested a pre-sentence report.
He will return for the report and sentencing at 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 25, 2010.
The incident occurred April 26, 2009, in Parrsboro.

Higgins given suspended sentence, probation
Michael Edward Higgins, 41, of 63 Water St., Oxford, was given a suspended sentence of probation after pleading guilty to one count of possession of stolen property.
Higgins was given a six-month probationary sentence with conditions, including 10 hours of community service to be completed by April 14, 2010.
The incident occurred July 30, 2009, in Oxford.

Reid pleads guilty to breathalyser refusal
Peter Edward Reid, 41, of 59 Church St., Amherst, was fined $1,200 after entering a guilty plea to one count of refusing the breathalyser.
He has until June 14, 2011, to pay the fine or spend 18 consecutive days in custody.
He was also given a 15-month driving prohibition.
The incident occurred Sept. 23, 2009, in Amherst.

Gould sentenced to 90 days custody
David Douglas Gould, 19, of 95 South Albion St., Amherst, was sentenced to a total of 90 days custody after pleading guilty to numerous charges.
Gould entered guilty pleas in November to two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
He was sentenced to 90 days custody for each count, concurrent to one another, to be served intermittently from 6 p.m. Saturdays to 6 a.m. Mondays.
Each count is to be followed by nine months probation with reporting, concurrent to one another.
While Gould is not in custody, he will also abide by the probation order.
The incidents occurred March 28, 2009, in Amherst.
Gould also pleaded guilty in November to two other charges of failing to comply with a probation order.
He was given the same 90-day custody sentence followed by nine months probation for each count, concurrent to one another and the other sentences imposed.

Gould entered guilty pleas last week to one count each of obstructing a peace officer and mischief or property damage.
He was given the same sentence for each count, concurrent to one another and the other sentences imposed.

Gibbons changes plea, given conditional sentence
Darrell Wayne Gibbons, 52, of 29 Lorne Cres., Amherst, was given a four-month conditional sentence order after changing his plea to a number of charges.
Gibbons changed his plea to guilty to one count of assaulting a peace officer and two counts of failing to comply with an undertaking.
He was given a four-month conditional sentence order followed by 18 months probation for each count, concurrent to one another.
The incidents occurred Aug. 12, 2009, in Amherst.
Gibbons also changed his plea to guilty to one count each of resisting arrest and assault.
He was given the same four-month conditional sentence order followed by probation for each count, concurrent to one another and the other sentences imposed.
The incidents occurred April 19, 2009, in Amherst.

Allen to return for sentencing
Jason Bradley Allen, 36, of 710 Sunset Ave., Oxford, will return for sentencing in February after being found guilty of three criminal charges.
Allen was found guilty of one count of assault on Crystal Rushton and two counts of uttering a threat to cause death.
A pre-sentence report has been requested.
Allen will return for sentencing and the report on Feb. 1, 2010, at 1:30 p.m.
The incidents occurred Jan. 22, 2009, in Oxford.
He was released on an undertaking.
