Bankrupt Dartmouth-based TDC Broadband Inc. is suing the provincial government for allegedly using its technology to solicit high-speed wireless proposals for rural Nova Scotia.

Bankrupt Dartmouth-based TDC Broadband Inc. is suing the provincial government for allegedly using its technology to solicit high-speed wireless proposals for rural Nova Scotia. TDC lawyers also claim that the decision to award the contract to another provider financially hurt the company, which served the Caledonia area and folded in 2006. No court dates have been set.
