– Langille pleads guilty to failing Breathalyzer

Dean Ervin Langille, 55, of Malagash, pleaded guilty in court on Wednesday to operating a motor vehicle while the concentration of alcohol in his blood exceeded .08 per cent.

Langille also pleaded guilty on Wednesday to operating a motor vehicle without a valid drivers license.

Langille also pleaded guilty in court on Wednesday to driving a motor vehicle without a motor vehicle liability play.

He also pleaded guilty to failing to give a name, address, and registration number of vehicle or exhibit a drivers license.

The incidents occurred Aug. 23, 2012, in Malagash.

He also pleaded guilty in court on Wednesday to operating a motor vehicle while his ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.

The incident occurred Oct. 1, 2012, in Pugwash.

Langille also pleaded guilty to failing without lawful excuse to comply with an order to not possess or consume alcohol or other intoxicating substances.

The incident occurred June 8, 2013, in Malagash.

He also pleaded guilty to a second charge of failing without lawful excuse to comply with an order to not consume alcohol or other intoxicating substances.

The incident occurred Nov. 23, 2013, in West Tatamagouche.

Langille pleaded guilty in Court on Wednesday to failing without lawful excuse to comply with an order to not possess or consume alcohol, possessing a .22 calibre rifle without being the holder of a licence to possess it. and possessing a second .22 calibre rifle without being the holder of a license to possess it.

The incident occurred July 3, 2014, in Malagash.

Langille will be sentenced Sept. 22, at 9:30 a.m.

 

– Sangster sentenced for committing assault

Nathanael David Sangster, 33, of Neville Street, Moncton, was sentenced in court on Wednesday to a conditional discharge, following 12-months probation after pleading guilty to committing assault upon a female.

The incident occurred Dec. 15, 2013, in Warren.

 

– Dowe Sentenced for possessing marijuana

Kevin David Dowe, 39, of Church Street Amherst, was sentenced in court last week to a $675 fine after pleading guilty to the possession of marijuana.

The incident occurred Oct. 9, 2013, in Amherst

 

– Partridge sentenced for possession marijuana

Christopher George Partridge, 35, of East Pleasant Street, Amherst, was sentenced in court last week to a fine of $445 after pleading guilty to the possession of marijuana.

The incident occurred Oct. 9, 2013, in Amherst.

 

– Trenholm pleads guilty to trafficking

Jamie Ross Trenholm, 27, of Parkwood Drive, Amherst, pleaded guilty in court last week to the possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking.

The incident occurred Oct. 9, 2013, in Amherst.

Trenholm will be sentenced Oct. 8, at 9:30 a.m.

 

– Chapman sentenced for illegal fishing

James Chapman, 66, of Little Forks, was sentenced in court on Monday to a $400 fin after pleading guilty to the unlawful fishing of clams.

The incident occurred May 15, 2014, in Lorneville.

 

– Goodwin sentenced for illegal fishing

Barbara June Goodwin, 60, of Willow Street, Amherst, was sentenced in court on Monday to a $400 fine after pleading guilty to the unlawful fishing of clams.

The incident occurred May 17, 2014, in Lorneville.

 

– Holden sentenced for failing Breathalyzer

April Annabelle Holden, 33, of Academy Street, Amherst, was sentenced in court on Monday to a $1,300 fine and a one-year driving prohibition after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle while the concentration of alcohol in her blood exceeded .08 per cent.
