AMHERST – Do you know where your food comes from? How your food is grown? Are you interested in growing your own food?

Amherst Community gardens are available to plant through out the summer. There are two gardens (Donald Avenue and East Pleasant Street) available for everyone from the community to plant, and the space, seeds and tools will be provided.

It is a great volunteer opportunity and you will be able to harvest fresh and free food. Claim your spot today.

Workshops can be provided if needed.

If you are interested in knowing more information, please contact Lisa or 667-1424 or  Catherine at or 691-2398.
