I can not understand how this woman got in such a responsible trusting position. Even my Lawyer at the time Tim Daley who knew her said Quote.. he has no idea how she became a judge ! If ANYONE is interested in how bad this judge is and how BIAS she is please contact me as I documented everything in Detail. Even my lawyer said she was Biased towards me and it wasn't her first time in the news about her Biasedness ... I have been trying to connect with the news media people like the fifth estate and w5 etc... you can see it yourself if you go get my document's ALL the Affidavits witch are in the TRURO courts and in the Appeals court in Halifax , Even the lady at the Halifax appeals court told me after reading my appeal that QUOTE .that she has never seen an appeal done so well in all her 35 years ! This person can not get away with what she has cause me and my family and as I mentioned she was in the news a couple of times !! and in Cape Breton the juror's was interview on the ctv news and they said they wouldn't go in her court room because she had people guilty before they were proved in the court of law ! This woman has to be looked at and we all know the truth is in the affidavit and it for this judge who didn't believe not one witness who took the stand and if you look at all the affidavits that was presented in the Truro family court and the Appeals Court you will see that this judge what she wrote and is used for case law is "WRONG" !! Judge J. Edward (Ted) Scanlan who even threatened to throw my X in Jail if she didn't stop doing what she was doing and at the end AFTER Cindy A. Bourgeois Mr. Scanlan told my X on no uncertain terms that he has no idea who she does what she does !! scanlan was the first one on my case and when he seen my X wasn't following his orders he got off the case and in comes Bourgeois and turned EVERYTHING completely upside down !! 8 long years and no words can explain the PAIN this judge caused me and my family... She "HAS" to be held accountable like we the people are held. This woman judge even lost the lean on our family home !! I lost hundreds of thousands of dollars on and on ... Please help me and others to NEVER have to go through what this Cindy A. Bourgeois person did to me and my family !
