More than four years federal custody for Mallory

AMHERST – Vincent Harland Mallory, 22, of Crescent Avenue, Amherst, was recently sentenced in court to 12 months federal custody, consecutive, and a lifetime firearms prohibition, after pleading guilty to break and entering a convenience store and committing theft therein.

The incident occurred Nov. 18, 2013, in Tidnish Bridge, on Highway 366.

He was also sentenced to four months federal custody, consecutive, after pleading guilty to having his face masked with the intent to commit an indictable offence.

Mallory was also sentenced to 12 months federal custody, consecutive to other sentences, and a lifetime firearms prohibition, after pleading guilty to a second count of to break and entering a convenience store and committing theft therein.

The incident occurred Dec. 2, 2013, in Tidnish Bridge, on Highway 366.

He was also sentenced to 12 months federal custody, consecutive, and a lifetime firearm prohibition, after pleading guilty to break and entering a convenience store and committing the indictable offence of theft therein.

The incident occurred Dec. 9, 2013 in Joggins.

Mallory was also sentenced to 12 months federal custody, consecutive, and a lifetime firearms prohibition after pleading guilty to break and entering a convenience store and committing the offence of mischief therein.

The incident occurred Dec. 14, 2013, in Port Greville.

He was also sentenced to six months federal custody, concurrent to other sentences, after pleading guilty to the possession of a stolen credit card.

The incident occurred Dec. 17, 2013, in Amherst.
