Man dies after losing control of minivan on Nova Scotia highway

BROADWAY – A man has died after losing control of his minivan on a highway in Pictou County.

Police say the man was driving eastbound on Highway 104 near Broadway around 7 a.m. Sunday when he lost control, crossed the centre line and crashed into a ditch in the westbound lane.

A traffic analyst has been called to the scene and traffic has been reduced to one lane.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
