HALIFAX - Police are looking for three men who forced their way into a Halifax apartment then ransacked it before stealing everything from electronics to clothes.

The victim, a 25-year-old man, was home alone when he heard a knock at his apartment door in the 2600 block of Gladstone Street around 1 a.m. Tuesday.

When he answered the door, police say the victim was confronted by three suspects who had their faces covered. One of the men also had a hand gun and another a crow bar.

The victim was forced to the back of the apartment and then watched as the suspects went through the apartment and stole a variety of things.

When the suspects left the apartment, the victim ran to a nearby store and called police.

He wasn’t injured and there have been no arrests.
