Quinn's presentation preceded by Cumberland-Colchester-Musquodoboit MP Scott Armstrong's update on the Canadian Victim Bill of Rights. The three-day Nova Scotia Chiefs and Police Boards Fall Conference wrapped up today at the Amherst Wandlyn Inn.
