Man robbed, threatened with broken bottle, walking in Point Pleasant Park

HALIFAX - Halifax police are looking for two men after someone was robbed and threatened with a broken bottle while walking in Point Pleasant Park on Monday night.

The robbery occurred around 10 p.m. in the upper parking lot area near Tower Road. The victim, 21, was on the main path off Tower Road when police say he was approached by two men, who threatened him with a broken bottle and demanded his wallet.

The victim had his wallet stolen and received a cut to his hand and a scratch to his face from the bottle.

The suspects are described a white men who were both wearing dark clothing.
