Jerome Morton

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man with an outstanding warrant.

Jerome Morton, 26, was paroled from prison. On Tuesday, Aug. 20 a Canada Wide Parole Warrant was issued for his arrest after he walked away from a halfway house in Halifax.

Investigators have attempted to locate him without success. It is believed that Morton is still in Nova Scotia, and investigators believe he may be in the Truro area. He is described as a black man, five-foot-eight and 161 lbs., with a shaved head and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Morton is asked to contact Halifax Regional Police at 490-5020 or their local police department.
