10 a.m. to 11 p.m. first annual Outdoor Minudie Music Fest, 5553 Barronsfield Rd., Minudie.
Family Fun Day
11 a.m. at the CIBC Room Dr. Carson and Marion Murray Community Centre and Lions Park Springhill, hosted by the Salvation Army Springhill Community Church. Turkey burger, bake sale, silent auction and variety show for adults, games for the children and family.

Blessing of the Crops
10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Amos ‘King’ Seaman School Museum, Minudie. 2 p.m. service at St. Denis church, 4 p.m. reception at St. Thomas Aquinas Church Hall, Joggins and 6 p.m. concert at St. Denis Church featuring Ernie Sears, Reva Cook, Marina Richard and Colin Wellner. Special guests Paul Carter and Madeline Carter (10-year-old fiddler).
Age of Sail Marathon
