Police ask for public’s help in two suspicious incidents in Dartmouth

DARTMOUTH - Police are asking for the public’s help in relation to two suspicious incidents just minutes apart in Dartmouth.

At 11:22 p.m. on Wednesday, police say a man awoke to noises near his home on the 200 block of Windmill Road. When he looked outside, police say he saw two people on his property, including one with a flashlight. A window screen was also removed, but police say no one went inside.

At 11:30 p.m. on nearby Pelzant Street, police were called after an elderly woman heard several knocks on her door. She didn’t answer the door, or see anyone.

Police were called to both incidents and no one was found.

Anyone with information about either incident is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
