Springhill-Oxford Kidney Golf Tournament

Museum Nature Walk

8:45 a.m. meet at the Cumberland County Museum before carpooling to the Amherst Point Bird Sanctuary. Led by Bill Fairbanks and Vicki Daley.

DVD Sale

8 a.m. to noon at Holy Family Parish Hall. All proceeds donated to Holy Family Building Fund. More than 1,000 movies from a private collection to choose from. Something for Everyone.

Community Yard and Bake Sale

8:30 to 11 a.m. at the Collingwood Community Hall. Coffee and donuts for sale, something for everyone. Proceeds for the community hall.

Community Breakfast

8 to 11 a.m. at the Diligent River Community Hall. Menu includes eggs and bacon or pancake and sausages.

Heritage Models Chili Cookoff

3:30 p.m. with judging at 4 p.m and eating at 5 p.m. Cash awards, trophies and bragging rights. For more information, call 251-2442.

BlueHeron Gallery Open House

1 to 4 p.m. at 11 Beaton’s Bluff, Lorneville. Featuring the paintings of artist Faye Webb Pike and 10 Amherst and area new Rembrandts. Commissions being accepted and classes booked for the summer, fall and winter. Call 661-1089 for more information.

Concert in The Park

7 p.m. at the Parrsboro Bandstand. Proceeds support charities of musicians’ choice.

12 to 1:30 p.m. at Ottawa House. Soup, sandwich and dessert.

Father’s Day Breakfast

8 to 11 a.m. at the River Hebert Legion. Pancakes, sausages, bacon and eggs, toast, tea/coffee.
