PICTOU - Police say a man is charged with stunting after being clocked doing nearly 60 kilometres per hour over the posted speed limit on Highway 104.
At 2 p.m. Wednesday, the RCMP were conducting a speed enforcement on Highway 104 in Linacy, Pictou Co. and say a vehicle was clocked traveling 159 kilometres per hour in a 100 kilometres per hour zone.
A 22-year-old man from Port Hawkesbury was stopped and charged under the Motor Vehicle Act for stunting.
His car was seized and he has been suspended from driving for at least one week. If convicted, he also faces a fine of over $2,400.
