AMHERST – Minus-13 degrees Celsius this morning – chilly temperatures for Conrad Carde, fixing a phone line on Robie Street. The weather office is calling for a high of minus-six today, with a plummet back to the minus-teens overnight. Tuesday’s high will bring us close to zero, with above zero day time temperatures and cloudy for the rest of the week. TC Media
