UPPER NAPPAN – Mild temperatures and snow melt have flooded the Smith Road. Hopefully a recently-installed culvert will drain the excess water quickly. A high of 7 degrees Celsius is forecast by the weather office for today, but temperatures are expected to be close to zero, plus or minus, for the next few days. TC Media
