Chronicle-Herald to drop Sunday edition in April

The only Sunday newspaper in Nova Scotia will soon be no more.

Sources at The Chronicle-Herald say the Sunday Herald will be retired in April.

Staff members were told about the change during a newsroom meeting on Wednesday.

No details were available from management.

The Herald has published a Sunday edition since 1998.
