The demolition of the former Royal Canadian Legion building on Princess Street will begin Tuesday.
AMHERST – Demolition of the former Royal Canadian Legion building on Princess Street is set to begin Tuesday.
Traffic flow on King and Princess streets will be affected during the demolition process that is expected to take about three weeks.
The parking lot on Havelock Street, between King and Princess, will also be unavailable.

The town awarded the demolition tender on Friday to Dominion Demolition and Environmental for $49,867 plus HST with all non-salvageable materials to be disposed of at the Little Forks landfill.
