Sunny day sees temp rise

AMHERST – A chilly morning for pavement patching. Peter Estabrooks (left) and Lester Fromm were working on South Albion Street just before 9 a.m. Tuesday. The overnight low was in the minus-teens, but it’s expected the temperature will reach +3-degrees Celsius today. Tomorrow will be a little warmer again, with flurries and temps around zero predicted for the rest of the week. TC Media
