AMHERST – A federal announcement by the prime minister likely won’t have any impact on Amherst. Stephen Harper recently announced his intention to spend $10 million putting more than 1,500 heart defibrillators in arenas across the nation that don’t already have one. The Amherst Stadium is ahead of the curve: we already have two – one by the office near the main entrance, and one in the penalty box. TC Media
