AMHERST – We all have one because, unfortunately, we have all been touched by cancer.
This year marks the 10th Anniversary of the Canadian Cancer Society Relay For Life in Amherst. Participants, survivors and volunteers join in from all over Cumberland County for this life changing event.
It is an opportunity to honour our cancer survivors, pay tribute to those lost to this disease and fight back as a community united to put an end to cancer.
This year we are delighted to have Tantramar Chevrolet Buick GMC and the Maltby Casey Investment Group at CIBC Wood Gundy become the event sponsor of the Relay For Life.
With expanded hours, entertainment, children’s activities and special details it is sure to be the best yet. We are encouraging all citizens to come to Robb’s field on June 7 to see what it is all about.
