AMHERST – Paul Ratz was busy this morning clearing snow from the front of his house on South Albion Street. One challenge was figuring out where to put all the white stuff. The temperature is expected to rise about 20 degrees today, to 1 Celsius, and then up to a high of 6-degreees tomorrow – but with a chance of flurries in the late afternoon.
