Halifax man dies in ATV accident

HALIFAX – Police in Halifax say a 40-year-old man is dead following an all-terrain vehicle crash near the city.

The crash occurred around 1 a.m. today on the East Pennant Road in Sambro.

Police arrived to find the ATV had left the road.

I knew him. The culture in that area sees road use of ATV's as a "daily" routine. I know it's wrong. But he leaves behind a ton of people who loved him. Please be respectful.

RCMP report " The ATV had left the road ". Since when were ATVs allowed to be driven on the road??
