Arrest warrant issued in Truro stabbing incident

TRURO – An arrest warrant has been issued for Robert Edgar Paul, 20, in relation to an aggravated assault that occurred on Jan. 6 in Truro.

Paul is from Sydney but is believed to be in this area.

Truro Police Services Inspector Rob Hearn said a male victim was stabbed numerous times and received serious injuries in the incident.

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Paul and anyone who has information about his whereabouts is asked to call Truro Police at 895-5351, their local police or the RCMP.
