Body found under Macdonald Bridge

Armstrong reported missing over the weekend

HALIFAX – Police have identified a body found in Halifax Harbour early Wednesday as that of missing Robin Armstrong.

Armstrong, 31, was reported missing over the weekend.

She had family in the Amherst area.

Police say foul play is not suspected.

Halifax Regional Police were alerted by military police from the C.F.B. Halifax at about 9:17 a.m. about the presence of a body in the water uner the Macdonald Bridge.
