Annual event to feature music, spirituals and hymns

AMHERST – The choir at Trinity-St. Stephen’s United Church in Amherst will present a Candlelight Festival of Lessons and Carols on Sunday at 7 p.m.

The service will be held in the sanctuary of Trinity-St. Stephen’s United Church and will feature traditional and contemporary carols, spirituals and hymns that will accompany the traditional readings of Christmas offered by members of the congregation.

There is no admission charge, but a freewill offering will be collected.

Everyone is welcome to come and experience the spirit of Christmas.
