SACKVILLE, N.B. – Members of the Mount Allison and Sackville Communities have organized a concert to help to raise funds to increase the reward being offered for information on the whereabouts of missing Mount Allison student Chris Metallic.

The concert will feature local performers and a wide variety of musical styles  and will have an atmosphere of hope and determination to bring Chris home.

The concert will take place Sunday, Dec. 2, at George's Roadhouse, 67 Lorne St., Sackville NB and will start at 1 p.m. and continue through the afternoon. Admission is by donation.

Entertainer Marshall Button will be on hand to help move the afternoon along. For further information, and an updated list of performers, visit http://www.facebook.com/events/436108209782050/?context=create or search "Concert of Hope for Chris Metallic" or phone 536-7898.

Metallic, 20, was last seen in Sackville early Sunday, Nov. 25, following a party. RCMP and Tri-County Ground Search and Rescue volunteers had been conducting aerial and ground searches in the town and expanded their search to a wooded area in Upper Sackville but suspended the search on Thursday.
