AMHERST – Work crews are braving the cold this morning to install fibre-op cable in Amherst on behalf of Bell Aliant. A truck from Vista Care worked at the intersection of Prince Arthur and Church streets, while another crew was parked at the Cumberland YMCA. Fibre-op, according to a member of the latter, will offer higher speed for phone and internet connection.
