Blueberry muffins are on the menu today at the YMCA's childcare centre. Chris Carey, a Grade 11 student at ARHS, works at the centre as part of a class he's taking at the high school. They'll feed 60 or more children each day at the Y.

OMG, seriously Mom Jeans.........give me a break. Focus on the story. As most of us know, hands which are washed often are so much cleaner than gloves that are often put on in the morning and never changed, even after scratching.....noses, running them through hair, or where ever. Nice to see the older kids doing something good for those younger than them. Looks like a successful program to me. (And I can't help but wonder if maybe, just maybe the picture was staged fro the paper so the removal of the gloves was not really necessary, just saying ).
