The Truro Police Service is still searching for Harvey, who has been missing since Nov. 3.
Several people reported seeing the 38-year-old walking in town at different locations on Saturday, however she hasn't been seen since.
She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a grey sweater. She has brown, shoulder-length hair, is of thin build and around 5'10" tall. The police initially reported her as 5'1".
Harvey's family and friends have said it's out of character for the woman not to return home and are concerned for her well-being.
