Walsh sentenced to 90 days custody

Trevor Alexander Walsh, 28, of no fixed address, was sentenced in court on Tuesday to 15 days custody, consecutive to other sentences, and restitution in the amount of $749 after pleading guilty to stealing a welder, the value of which did not exceed $5,000 from Canadian Tire.

The incident occurred April 22, 2008, in Sydney.

Walsh was also sentenced in court on Tuesday to 15 days custody, concurrent to other sentences, after pleading guilty to unlawfully stealing merchandise, the value of which did not exceed $5,000, from Wal-Mart.

The incident occurred Feb. 4, 2009, in Dartmouth.

He was also sentenced in court on Tuesday to 15 days custody, concurrent to other sentences, and restitution in the amount of $499 after pleading guilty to unlawfully stealing merchandise, the value of which did not exceed $5,000 from the Atlantic Superstore.

The incident occurred Aug. 6, 2009, in Halifax.

Walsh was also sentenced to 15 days custody, concurrent to other sentences, after pleading guilty to unlawfully attempting to steal merchandise, the value of which did not exceed $5,000 from the Atlantic Superstore.

The incident occurred Aug. 19, 2009, in Halifax.

He was also sentenced in court on Tuesday to 15 days custody, concurrent with other sentences, after pleading guilty to the unlawful stealing of merchandise, the value of which did not exceed $5,000 from Zellers.

The incident occurred Aug. 25, 2009, in Dartmouth.

Walsh also sentenced in court on Tuesday to 15 days custody, consecutive to other sentences, and restitution in the amount of $498 for unlawfully stealing merchandise, the value of which did not exceed $5,000 from Sears, and he was sentenced to 15 days custody, concurrent to other sentences, for unlawfully attempting to steal merchandise, the value of which did not exceed $5,000 from Sears.

The incidents occurred Sept. 10, 2009, in Dartmouth.

Walsh was also sentenced in court on Tuesday to 30 days custody, consecutive to other sentences, and restitution in the amount $1,700 after pleading guilty to using deceit, falsehood, or other fraudulent means to defraud Kent Building Supplies of merchandise, the value of which did not exceed $5,000, and was sentenced to 15 days custody, concurrent with other sentences, after pleading guilty a second charge of using deceit, falsehood, or other fraudulent means to defraud Kent Building Supplies of merchandise, the value of which did not exceed $5,000.

The incidents occurred between Sept. 22, and Sept. 25, 2009, in Dartmouth.

Walsh was also sentenced to 15 days custody, concurrent to other sentences, after pleading guilty to stealing merchandise, the value of which did not exceed $5,000 from the Atlantic Superstore.

The incident occurred Oct. 6, 2009, in Halifax

He was also sentenced to 15 days custody, consecutive to other sentences, and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $706 after pleading guilty to Kent Building Supplies after pleading guilty to using deceit, falsehood, or other fraudulent means to defraud Kent Building Supplies of merchandise, the value of which did not exceed $5,000, and he was sentenced to 15 days custody, concurrent to other sentences after pleading guilty to unlawfully stealing merchandise, the value of which did not exceed $5,000 from Kent Building Supplies, and for unlawfully and fraudulently personating an individual with the intent to gain advantage for himself.
