McIlvena pleads guilty to production, possession of marijuana
AMHERST – Thomas Norval McIlvena, 61, of Amherst Shore, pleaded guilty in court on Tuesday to the unlawful production of marijuana and the unlawful possession of marijuana.
The incidents occurred July 22, 2011, in Amherst Shore.
McIlvena will be sentenced Sept. 20 at 1:30 p.m.
