AMHERST – Timothy Ian Lloyd, 37, of Greenwich, was sentenced in court on Monday to a conditional discharge and nine months probation after being found guilty of willfully committing an indecent act by exposing himself in the presence of a person at Wilson’s Esso station.
The incident occurred Nov. 21, 2010, in Amherst.
