AMHERST – Dale Lawrence Welsh, 19, of Springhill, was sentenced in court on Monday to a fine of $1,150 and a one-year driving prohibition after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle while the concentration of alcohol in his blood exceeded .08 per cent.
The incident occurred May 19, 2012, in Springhill.
