Muldoon sentenced for sexual assault
AMHERST – Victor Avery Muldoon, 20, of Parrsboro, pleaded guilty in court on Tuesday to sexual assault.
Muldoon was sentenced to a conditional discharge and 18-months probation, and he will be registered under the Sex Offender Information Registration Act for 10 years.
The incident occurred between Feb.1, 2011, and May 1, 2011, in Parrsboro.
The court banned publication of the name of the victim or any evidence or material that might tend to identify the victim in this matter.
