AMHERST – Raelynn Sonya Prest, 27, of Victoria Street, Amherst, was sentenced in court on Monday to as suspended sentence and 18 months probation after pleading guilty to committing assault and failing without lawful excuse to comply with a condition to remain in the province of Alberta unless she had written permission from her bail supervisor or the court to leave the province of Alberta.
The incident occurred September 28, 2011in Amherst.
Prest was also sentenced to a suspended sentence and 18-months probation, concurrent with other sentences, after pleading guilty to stealing computer equipment from an individual and for failing to keep the peace and be of good behavior.
The incidents occurred between March 22, and March 23, 2012 in Amherst.
