OXFORD – Cumberland District RCMP are investigating an ATV collision in Oxford, which resulted in a 39-year-old male being transported to the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre with non-life threatening injuries.
The RCMP observed an ATV side-by-side traveling through Oxford with no lights on Sunday at 2:05 a.m.
Police located the vehicle a short time later on its side in the Oxford Arena parking lot with one male trapped in the vehicle.
He is facing numerous charges, including Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle. He will appear in court at a later date. The investigation is continuing.
